Aussie-pires

More often than not I used to honor the Australians for their professional approach to the game. But in this series they have been playing like the most unprofessional team ever in the history of the game with most unsporting behavior. They have played every possible foul trick to enervate Indians...... designed appeals, contrived complaints against the Indians and who knows, buying out of the umpires ( Sydney match was the first match I saw a person playing two roles of opposition captain and third umpire....).How can Australia remonstrate about racial discrimination(I think it’s the funniest complaint ever lodged). Ask Murali or Monty Panessar about the fear of playing in Australian backyard as they have faced lot of racial discrimination issues.
It was dreadful to watch Buckner & Benson repeatedly giving wrong decisions against India. In such a crucial match where even one decision can change the result of the match, they throw five crucial ones against us. If a player shows his vexation against any decision he is pulled up instantly as there are so many laws governing player's behavior in the filed but surprisingly there is not a single law or standards against umpires?? How can an umpire like Buckner who keeps on repeating crucial mistakes be in the elite panel of umpires?

Its truth that a victory is a victory in the record books, but it can never smell as sweet when it is achieved with the help of dissimulation. Ponting may have won the match, but it is the Indians who have won the hearts of the billions of cricket fans ………..
