Sare zameen par!

I saw Taare Zameen Par yesterday and as like others, I really get impressed by the subject and its presentation. Amir Khan should be admired for producing a first of its kind film in Bollywood.
Taare Zameen Par is not a film about a child suffering from dyslexia but it is a film about how schools and parents are ineffective to understand children and their needs .It is a noteworthy view into the world of a child who confronts with several difficulties in the contemporary education system. Although education is about understanding children, about planning and alleviating learning experiences that children would enjoy but now in most schools we measured the progress of all children in terms of narrowly defined learning consequences and examination results. Most educators and parents seem to be driven by an output-obsessed culture and are completely failed to realize that children go through a range of processes as they grow and learn. This is the reason that those children who express themselves differently are marginalized by society.
We will need hundred thousand films, books, exhibitions and workshops to sensitize society about children’s lives and to get realized that “every child is special”
